How do we quote and work?
We start with a walkthrough of the kitchen, then give you a written scope and an itemized estimate. It lists what is included, what is not and what could change if walls or floors hide surprises. We do not price over the phone, because every Portland house is different. We explain permits and inspections when they apply, and we talk through the order of work and the schedule before we begin.
Whoever you hire, ask for their Oregon Construction Contractors Board license and proof of insurance, and check them yourself.
